We’re excited to welcome your child into our community! Here are the simple steps in our admission process. We can’t wait to serve you and walk alongside you through this journey!

Please have your child’s medical diagnosis.

How It Works

Enroll Online

Apply online for admission into our ABA program. You will needa copy of your child's most recent diagnostic information and any other reports that will assist our team in getting to know your child.

Verification Of Benefits

Our office manager will contact your insurance provider to verify benefits for services.

Connection Invitation

We will contact you to schedule a COMPLIMENTARY consultation outlining our step-by-step process. Consultation will be with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), or Speech Pathologist.

Assessment

Assessment times will be scheduled and administered by our BCBA or BCaBA, and your child's customized treatment plan will be designed.

Treatment Plan Submission

Your child's customized treatment plan will be submitted to your insurance provider once we have received your consent to implement services.

Services Begin!

Upon approval from your insurance provider, a collaborative schedule is designed and services begin!

To get started with ABA services, just remember that a recent medical diagnosis is necessary, and a referral might be needed for speech therapy. We invite you to check out our list of accepted insurance providers. Don’t worry, we’ll take care of pre-authorizing your services before we kick things off!
