Working at Unique Pathways has helped build my confidence and reinforced the idea that you can feel appreciated at work and enjoy being at the workplace. I feel highly valued, appreciated, and heard. In the first 3 months, there’s an opportunity to advance and several others after. There’s time for growth and training, even if you’ve been in the field. The owner, supervisors, and admin take time to hear concerns; they even encourage it by sending out various emails asking for feedback. The little things such as snacks, drinks, parties, and the occasional check-in on mental health really make this a positive environment. I know many places say, “it’s like a family,” but this place really does, and I enjoy being here.
New Beginning…..
After several years working in the school district, I decided to change paths. I started with Unique Pathways, and just like anything new, I was nervous and unsure. But the staff and leadership team at Unique was friendly and supportive of me right from the start. They were willing and happy to answer all my questions; trust me, I had a lot. After all my years in the workforce, I have never felt so wanted and supported as I have at Unique Pathways.
